Tug-Push-Twist-O'War
What better way to learn vocabulary than to complete a hands on lab. To start out our new unit on Architecture and Engineering, students learned about tension, torsion, compression forces. Then various materials were tested and ranked. I had no idea straws could be pulled apart!
